This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota and northeastern Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Smoky conditions are expected through tonight. Isolated
thunderstorms over south-central South Dakota today will not be
severe.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A strong dry cold front will move through Thursday. Gusty
northwest winds are expected behind it with gusts from 40 to 55
MPH, strongest over the northwestern South Dakota plains.

High to extreme grassland fire danger is expected on the western
South Dakota plains Thursday afternoon.
