Gusty northerly winds around 40 mph will develop this evening just east of the Black Hills. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday A storm system will bring a band of snow to the area Thursday night to Friday night. The highest snowfall rates look to occur Friday afternoon and night. There is a 40-80% chance of at least 4 inches of snow from the northern Black Hills to northwestern South Dakota. The chance of at least 6 inches of snow is 20-40%. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
