.DISCUSSION...Cooler temperatures continue through Thursday, with
a warming trend into the weekend. Highs today generally in mid
60s to low 70s. Minimum relative humidities will range from 40 to
55 percent over the area. Winds will become predominantly out of
the southeast this afternoon. Isolated showers will be possible
this afternoon, though the better chance for precipitation comes
Thursday and early into the weekend.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fast moving fire is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions, but should be monitored.

The outlook for Thursday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category.
