Morning clouds and fog will give way to mostly sunny skies by afternoon. High temperatures this afternoon will reach the mid 70s to mid 80s. Minimum afternoon relative humidities will range from the 30s near the Wyoming/South Dakota border to the 60s over central South Dakota. Southeast to northeast winds will average 10-15 mph. The grassland fire danger index will reach the high category this afternoon. Outdoor burning should be restricted to early morning or evening hours when wind speeds are usually lower and the relative humidity is higher.
