Mostly sunny skies this morning will give way to partly cloudy skies this afternoon as a trough moves into the area. High temperatures this afternoon will be in the 80s as minimum relative humidities range from the 30s over central South Dakota to the 20s over western South Dakota - even some teens over far southwest South Dakota. Winds will become north to northwest averaging 8-18 mph by the afternoon.
