Expect increasing clouds today with showers developing through the day, west to east. Minimum RH will range from 40 to 50 percent most areas behind the front, with values as low as 25 percent in south central SD ahead of the front. Winds will be southerly at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph ahead of the front in south central SD, with northerly winds most other areas at 10 to 20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph.
