...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN OGLALA LAKOTA AND
BENNETT COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 AM MDT...

At 1148 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 2 miles northwest of Allen to 2 miles east of
Swett. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Martin and LaCreek North Housing around 1200 AM MDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include southern Pine Ridge
Reservation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
