...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL CAMPBELL...
NORTHWESTERN WESTON AND SOUTHWESTERN CROOK COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM
MDT...
At 918 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles west of Belle Ayr Mine, or 14 miles south of Gillette, moving
east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Southern Gillette, Coal Creek Mine, Caballo Mine, Belle Ayr Mine,
Wyodak Mine, Rozet, and Camplex Event Facility.
This includes Interstate 90 in Wyoming between Mile Markers 132 and
149.
