...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN TODD AND
SOUTHEASTERN BENNETT COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM MDT/830 PM CDT/...

At 706 PM MDT/806 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 7 miles north of Cody, or 27 miles east of Martin,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Todd
and southeastern Bennett Counties, including the following
locations... southwestern Rosebud Reservation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT/200 AM
CDT/ for south central and southwestern South Dakota.
