...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern Harding
and northeastern Butte Counties through 530 PM MDT...

At 445 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
capable of producing a landspout along a line extending from 3 miles
west of Slim Buttes to 8 miles north of Hoover to near Haystack
Buttes. Movement was east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Hoover and Sheep Buttes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
