The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of southeast California,
including the following areas, Cadiz Basin, Death Valley National
Park, Eastern Mojave Desert, Eastern Sierra Slopes, Morongo Basin,
Owens Valley, San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley,
Western Mojave Desert and White Mountains of Inyo County.

The heaviest rain has ended and flooding is no longer expected to
pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
