...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM PDT THIS MORNING THROUGH
SATURDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Nevada, including the following
  county, Lincoln County.

* WHEN...From 11 AM PDT this morning through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Moisture from Hurricane Priscilla will move into the area,
    helping to fuel multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms
    from Thursday through Saturday. Due to the tropical nature of
    this moisture, storms are expected to be efficient rainfall
    producers with rain rates in excess of 1 inch per hour
    expected with stronger storms.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
