.DISCUSSION...Breezy southwest winds with gusts between 25 and 35
mph, along with single-digit relative humidity levels, are
expected tomorrow. Lighter winds are expected on Tuesday, although
gusts of up to 20 mph will still be possible in favored areas, and
RH values will remain low. Overnight RH recoveries will be poor,
with values only rebounding to 10 to 15 percent in many areas
through the period. Temperatures are expected to remain above
normal through mid-week.
