.DISCUSSION...Increasing snow expected in the Sierra with rain
spilling into the western Owens Valley late in the day. Elsewhere,
breezy to windy conditions are expected which will persist into
Wednesday. Periods of Sierra snow and Owens Valley rain showers
will continue through late week with other locations remaining
mostly dry. Temperatures will gradually moderate through the end
of the week.
