.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are
expected across the eastern half of our forecast area into this
evening. Minimum RH values will decrease tomorrow and average 5
to 15% west of the Colorado River Valley and 20 to 40% to the
east. By Thursday the drier air will push further to the east with
min RH values will fall to 20 to 30%. Lighter winds across the
region as high pressure builds over the region and remains in
place into the weekend. Dry, warm, and light winds will be the
rule.
