.DISCUSSION...Temperatures will be a few degrees above normal
through Monday while dry conditions prevail. Afternoon RH values
generally 10 to 20 percent in the lower elevations and 20 to 30
percent in the upper elevations. By Tuesday, monsoonal moisture
begins to move in, bringing increased precipitation chances.
Cannot rule out a few isolated dry thunderstorms, but moisture
should be sufficient to produce wetting rains with most activity.
Outside of any convective outflow, light winds are expected.
