.DISCUSSION...High pressure maintains calm and dry conditions over
the next 7 days. North of Interstate 15, minimum humidity falls to
the 10 to 20 percent range with overnight recovery between 30 and 60
percent. South of Interstate 15, minimum humidity falls to the 15 to
30 percent range with overnight recoveries generally between 40 and
70 percent. Winds will be light aside from an easterly to
southeasterly breeze on Sunday, mainly over high terrain. Daily high
temperatures will be 5 to 10 degrees above normal for early October
and precipitation is not expected.
