.DISCUSSION...An increase of monsoonal moisture will bring
afternoon relative humidities up to 20-30 percent across our
southern zones, including San Bernardino County, southern Clark
County, and Mohave County, where best chances of wetting rains
from showers and thunderstorms exist today. The southern Great
Basin will continue to experience afternoon RH in the lower teens
today, before moisture expands on Wednesday. Moisture begins to
decrease northwest-to-southeast late-week, as chances of wetting
rains decrease across the area.
