.DISCUSSION...A gradual warming and drying trend is expected,
with above normal temperatures returning midweek as min RHs fall
to 5-15% across lower elevations and 20-25% across the mountains.
Diurnal/terrain-driven 20ft winds around 5-10 mph are expected,
with gusts to 20-30 mph possible during the afternoons, especially
in terrain-favored areas. Isolated thunderstorms are expected
today across the higher terrain of San Bernardino, Clark, and
Mohave Counties, with lightning strikes, erratic gusty winds, and
brief downpours possible. Dry conditions return over the next
week.
