.DISCUSSION...Scattered showers and thunderstorms will spread
across Inyo County and into the southern Great Basin today,
lingering across eastern Nevada into Tuesday. Afternoon relative
humidities will bottom out in the 15 to 30% range today and
tomorrow. Conditions will dry back out during the middle of the
week. Modest moisture looks to return to our southern and eastern
zones as we head into the weekend. Breezy southerly-to-
southwesterly winds will pick up across the area this afternoon.
Otherwise, winds will remain relatively light and will favor typical
terrain driven directional trends.
