.DISCUSSION...Cooler than normal temperatures will persist through
mid-week as temperatures gradually rebound, with warmer than
normal temperatures returning by late week. Afternoon relative
humidities will continue to bottom out in the single digits to low
teens, as dry conditions persist across the region. Winds today
will remain relatively light, with breezy southerly-to-
southwesterly winds picking up on Monday afternoon. These breezier
winds will decrease Monday night with light winds returning on
Tuesday and Wednesday.
