...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE AGAIN TODAY, ESPECIALLY ACROSS
NORTHERN INYO COUNTY AND CENTRAL NEVADA, WITH A LOWER CHANCE ACROSS
PORTIONS OF EASTERN SAN BERNARDINO AND MOHAVE COUNTIES WHERE
MOISTURE FROM THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM JULIETTE STREAMS OVER
THE REGION. LIGHTNING STRIKES AND ERRATIC GUSTY WINDS ARE EXPECTED
WITH ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL
CONTINUES FRIDAY ACROSS NORTHERN INYO COUNTY AND CENTRAL NEVADA,
THOUGH A WARMING AND DRYING TREND WILL SEE RHS DROP TO AROUND 15-25%
BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND UNDER 20% THIS WEEKEND ONWARD WITH FAIR
TO GOOD NOCTURNAL RECOVERY.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

TROPICAL REMNANTS FROM THE SOUTH CONTINUE TO STREAM OVER THE AREA
WITH CLOUDY SKIES AND LIGHT SHOWERS ACROSS SOUTHERN AND EASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE REGION. CHANCES FOR WETTING RAIN CONTINUE TO BE
ACROSS AREAS OF SAN DIEGO AND CENTRAL RIVERSIDE COUNTIES. MOSTLY
CLEAR CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR BY FRIDAY INTO THE WEEKEND WITH MINIMAL
CHANCES FOR STORMS ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS, WHERE A WEAK THUNDERSTORM
CANNOT BE RULED OUT ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. MONSOONAL MOISTURE WILL
RETURN TO THE REGION BY EARLY NEXT WEEK, WITH NOTABLE CHANCES FOR
AFTERNOON SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY ACROSS
THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

CLOUDY SKIES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY WITH LIGHT
SHOWERS CONTINUING ACROSS THE WESTERN DISTRICTS BEFORE TAPERING OFF
BY THIS EVENING. DRIER CONDITIONS FRIDAY AND INTO THE WEEKEND WILL
LEAD TO WARMER TEMPERATURES AND NEAR 0% CHANCE OF WETTING RAINS.
MINRHS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS WILL MOSTLY RANGE BETWEEN
15-25%, FALLING INTO THE TEENS FOR THE WEEKEND. WINDS WILL REMAIN
FAIRLY LIGHT THROUGH THE PERIOD MOSTLY FOLLOWING TYPICAL DIURNAL
TRENDS. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN NEAR TO SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL
THROUGH FRIDAY BEFORE RISING TO SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL STARTING
SATURDAY.
