CONDITIONS GRADUALLY DRY OUT THROUGH TUESDAY BEFORE MOISTURE RETURNS
TO THE REGION. NO WETTING RAIN EXPECTED. GUSTY NORTH WINDS PICK UP
ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA THROUGH MONDAY, WITH GUST SPEEDS BETWEEN
10 AND 20 MPH. THE EXCEPTION IS THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY
WHERE GUSTS BETWEEN 25 AND 35 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED ON MONDAY.

COOLER WITH BREEZY WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS, PASSES, AND  DESERT
SLOPES TODAY, TRANSITIONING TO WEAK TO LOCALLY MODERATE  SANTA ANA
WINDS ON MONDAY. WIND GUSTS OF 30-45 MPH ARE EXPECTED IN AND BELOW
THE PASSES, CANYONS, FOOTHILLS AND LOCALLY INTO THE  VALLEYS.
OFFSHORE WINDS WEAKEN AND TRANSITION BACK ONSHORE ON  TUESDAY. THERE
IS A 15-30% OF LIGHT PRECIPITATION WEDNESDAY  AFTERNOON THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING, THOUGH CHANCES OF WETTING RAIN IS LESS THAN 25%.
ANOTHER ROUND OF WEAK TO LOCALLY MODERATE SANTA ANA WINDS FOLLOW FOR
THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY.

DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TO PREVAIL EARLY THIS WEEK AS A WEAK
DISTURBANCE PASSES BY TO THE NORTH OF THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WILL
COOL INTO THE NORMAL RANGE STARTING MONDAY, WHILE DAILY MINRHS
CONTINUE TO RANGE BETWEEN 25-35% WITH GOOD TO VERY GOOD OVERNIGHT
RECOVERIES OF 60-80%. WINDS WILL OVERALL REMAIN LIGHT THROUGH THE
PERIOD EXCEPT FOR A PERIOD OF NORTHERLY BREEZY CONDITIONS ACROSS
THE LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY ON MONDAY.
