.DISCUSSION...Northwesterly winds will continue through the
forecast period. Winds will pick up this afternoon with 10 to 15
mph sustained winds and 20 to 25 mph wind gusts. Isolated showers
and thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon. Gusty outflow
winds and lightning will be the primary threats with any storms
that develop. Given the isolated nature of these storms and the
drier low levels of the atmosphere, wetting rains are not likely.
RH will bottom out in the low 40s this afternoon, with overnight
recoveries in the low 60s. Things will dry out on Tuesday with
minimum RHs in the upper-teens to low-20s in the afternoon.
