.DISCUSSION...Winds will favor a northwesterly-to-northerly
direction through the forecast period, with elevated 10 to 20 mph
winds gusting to around 25 mph this afternoon. Winds will
decrease into the 10 to 15 mph range after sunset, continuing
through the overnight hours. Relative humidities will bottom out
in the mid-teens this afternoon with overnight recoveries in the
upper-20s to low 30s. Dry conditions will continue through the end
of the week with warmer than normal temperatures returning on
Thursday.
