southwestern Great Basin this afternoon, though the location of the
Harvey Fire will be largely shielded from southerly winds. As a
result, expect light winds with variable direction. Southerly winds
increase Saturday afternoon across the region, with speeds between
10 and 15 mph at the ridge tops. Expect dry conditions with slightly-
above-normal temperatures.
