.DISCUSSION...Light, mainly drainage winds will become southerly
after noon with speeds generally around 8 to 12 mph. Stronger
gusts out of the west are likely in the late afternoon and early
evening. Similar winds expected on Monday. Humidity will be
slightly lower today with minimums in the mid-20s at mid slope
and in the 10-15% range in the valley. Min RH values will be a
couple percent lower on Monday. Some cloud cover is possible
over the crest today and Monday, but no threat of thunderstorms.
