.DISCUSSION...Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies, breezy
south-southwest winds, above-normal temperatures, and dry conditions
expected to continue today. Due to the orientation of the
surrounding terrain, it is possible that winds favor an east-
southeasterly direction, rather than southwest, with speeds peaking
around 15 mph in the afternoon. Tuesday, expect a slight increase in
cloud cover with light north-northwesterly winds through the day.
Single-digit afternoon relative humidities will continue through the
week. Very poor overnight recovery this morning (around 10%), with
maximum RH between 15 and 20% Tuesday morning.
