afternoon and evening, but will become breezier with variable
directions along the slope itself (upslope winds). Smoke transport
and ventilations will be good through the day, but will fall into
the night. Expect light winds into the night with winds still
shifting along the slope itself. Expect similar conditions for
Friday with another upslope wind regime
