.DISCUSSION...Southerly winds are expected across the southwestern
Great basin this afternoon, though the location of the Harvey Fire
is largely shielded from south winds. Expect speeds between 10 and
15 mph at the ridge tops and occasional speeds approaching 10 mph
at the fire. Conditions will remain dry today and Sunday, with
slightly above-normal temperatures continuing. Chances of showers
and thunderstorms increase late-Sunday night into Monday.
