* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.
  Wave heights 2 to 3 feet on Lake Mohave.

* WHERE...Lake Mead and Lake Mohave.

* WHEN...From 9 AM PST /10 AM MST/ this morning to 6 PM PST /7 PM
  MST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
  hazardous conditions for small craft.
