* WHERE...White and Inyo Mountains, and Eastern Sierra Slopes.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Monday to 10 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, particularly along
  State Route 168 to Aspendell.
