THROUGH LATE TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations 1 to 2 feet
  between 7000 and 9000 feet and 2 to 3 feet above 9000 feet. Winds
  could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Sierra Slopes.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel may become difficult to impossible on
  Highway 168 west of Bishop.
