* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 4 inches
  between 8500 and 9500 feet. Snow accumulations of 4 to 12 inches
  above 9500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Sierra Slopes.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Thursday to 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions on Highway 168 near
  Aspendell.
