* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and
  5 inches above 6000 feet; between 5 and 10 inches above 8000 feet;
  up to 12 inches above 9500 feet.

* WHERE...White and Inyo Mountains, and Eastern Sierra Slopes.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Monday to 10 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, particularly along
  State Route 168 to Aspendell and through Westgard Pass.
