Key Messages...
- Soaking rain is expected in Western Alaska today and tomorrow.
Widespread rainfall amounts will be around 0.50" to 1.00".
Higher amounts up to 1.50" possible in the the foothills of the
Brooks Range and near Norton Sound.
- Temperatures remain in the 50s and low 60s.
- Min RHs will be high, above 50% through the weekend.
- Southerly winds at 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 20 mph in the
Interior. Winds shift northwesterly tomorrow around midday and
remain around 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 20 mph.
