...Strong Wind and Cold Wind Chills Friday Night Through Sunday...

Winds will be increasing from the north/northeast Friday night
with gusts up to 40-50 mph through Sunday afternoon. Temperatures
will range from the single digits above zero to the single digits
below zero. These two combined will result in wind chills as low
as -40F at times. There is a chance for minor blowing snow as
well, but visibility restrictions should be limited to 1 mile.
Wind diminishes gradually Sunday afternoon through Monday.

...Very Cold Wind Chills and Some Blowing Snow...

Winds will be increasing from the north/northeast Friday night
with gusts up to 30 mph through Sunday afternoon. Ambient air
temperatures will range from -15F to -25F. These two combined will
result in wind chills as low as -55F at times. There is a chance
for minor blowing snow as well, but visibility restrictions should
be limited to 1 mile. Wind diminishes gradually Sunday afternoon
through Monday morning.
