* WHAT...Snow and gusty winds expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 2 and 4 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40
  mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills, Lower Yukon River,
  and Yukon Delta Coast.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Gusty winds combined with
  snow could lead to significant reductions in visibility. Localized
  blizzard conditions possible at times.
