* WHAT...Heavy snow and gusty winds expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 8 and 12 inches, with locally higher totals
  across higher elevations. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Interior Seward Peninsula and Southern Seward Peninsula
  Coast.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Monday to 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds combined
  with snow could lead to significant reductions in visibility.
  Localized blizzard conditions possible at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As the first system moves north, conditions
  may briefly improve ahead of a second system moving in midweek.
