Dangerous wind chills as low as 50 below zero. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...North Slopes of the Western Alaska Range and Upper Kuskokwim Valley. * WHEN...From 3 AM Saturday to 9 AM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to blowing snow. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and cause isolated power outages. Additional Details: Northeasterly wind gusts of 30 to 50 mph are expected to create extended periods of blowing snow.
