* WHAT...Heavy snow and gusty winds. Additional snow accumulations
  up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Bering Strait Coast and Diomede.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds combined
  with snow could lead to significant reductions in visibility.
  Localized blizzard conditions possible at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
