...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Blowing snow, high winds, and very cold wind chills as low
  as 50 below zero possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.
  Blowing snow could reduce visibility to one half mile or less at
  times.

* WHERE...Western Interior, Eastern Norton Sound, and Yukon Delta.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility. Travel could be very difficult. Very cold wind chills
  as cold as 50 below could cause frostbite in as little as 10
  minutes. This will be a prolonged period of very cold conditions.
