...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON FRIDAY TO
MIDNIGHT CST SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 4 and 8 inches and ice accumulations around
  a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Blowing snow will
  produce poor visibility.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Harrison, Shelby, and Monona Counties. In
  Nebraska, Thurston County.

* WHEN...From noon Friday to midnight CST Saturday Night.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the Friday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  a light glaze possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
  Blowing snow will produce poor visibility.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Friday to midnight CST Saturday Night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
