* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog across
  Butler, Carter, Ripley, and Wayne County in the Ozark Foothills of
  southeast Missouri.

* WHERE...Butler, Carter, Ripley, and Wayne MO Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Slippery spots may develop on untreated roads, bridges,
  and sidewalks. Low visibility could make driving conditions
  hazardous.
