Temperatures the past couple of mornings dropped to at or below
freezing across portions of New Jersey. Given the widespread
freezing temperatures that occurred over multiple days, it has
been determined that the 2026 growing season has ended for the
following counties...

In New Jersey...Atlantic, Burlington, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth,
and Ocean counties.

No additional frost/freeze headlines will be issued for these
counties until Spring 2027.
