            Emergency managers reported flooding on
            PR-446 at km 0.3 intersection with PR-111 in
            Barrio Robles, near the Walgreens. Both
            lanes are inundated, and officials are
            planning to close the roadway. Radar
            estimates indicate that approximately 2 to
            3.5 inches of rain have fallen in the area.
