.DISCUSSION...

Other than the possibility of isolated showers and thunderstorms
across central SD tonight, the forecast remains dry through the
midweek. Winds will be out of the southeast between 10 to 15 mph
this afternoon with gusts up to 25 mph. Relative humidity will drop
to 20 to 45 percent this afternoon, lowest west of the Missouri
River. Minimum relative humidity for Tuesday afternoon will drop
into the upper teens to mid 20s percentile range, again lowest west
river.
