High pressure will be centered well offshore today, as a
weakening cold front approaches from the Ohio Valley. That front
stalls just north of the area tonight and Tuesday, with a series
of low pressure systems passing by, mainly to the north through
Wednesday. A stronger cold front is expected to cross the region
Friday.
