* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Southern Herkimer County in New York

* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered showers and thunderstorms with heavy downpours will
    lead to an increased risk for flash flooding in the western
    Mohawk Valley through tonight. Urban, low lying and poor
    drainage areas will be most susceptible to flooding.
