more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move SE
across the waters tonight, then move S of the waters Sun. High
pressure will build in from the W and NW later Sun then a cold
front will reach the NW waters early Mon. The front will push E
across the northern California waters later Mon, then inland. A
coastal trough will develop along the southern California coast
Mon night, then extend north Tue. The trough will persist Tue
into Thu night along California coast. Please be advised that the
USCG remote communications facility at Cambria is experiencing
technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We
apologize for any inconvenience.
